Connected business dashboards and devices in Consiliuma’s systems visual

Consiliuma / Accountancy firms

Accountant websites that reflect the firm you are becoming.

Your website should make your specialisms clear and help the right businesses recognise your value. We connect distinctive website design with a practical route into client onboarding, CRM and custom applications.

The first impression

Help the right clients recognise the value beyond the accounts.

Business owners need to understand whether your firm fits their stage, sector and ambitions. A list of services rarely explains the difference between completing a task and providing an ongoing advisory relationship. Your website can make that distinction clear before the first call.

From first impression to the work behind it

A website opens the door.
The experience continues.

01 / Website & positioning

Show who you are the right fit for.

Organise your website around the services and client profiles you want to grow. Explain your advisory offer, introduce the people behind it and make it straightforward for a prospective client to describe their business and arrange the next conversation.

  • Service and client-sector pages
  • Team profiles and approved client proof
  • Mobile experience and search foundations

02 / Client intake & CRM

Make the handover into onboarding clearer.

An enquiry can lead into a structured internal process: capture the business context, allocate a contact, record what has been discussed and identify the information needed next. A shared view can make responsibilities clearer across the team.

  • Prospect and relationship tracking
  • Onboarding steps and responsibilities
  • Document-request status and reminders

03 / Portals & custom applications

Connect the work around your core tools.

Your accounting and practice-management software already serves a purpose. We assess the gaps around it: a client-facing portal, an internal dashboard or a workflow that otherwise lives in spreadsheets. Integrations depend on the tools and access available to your firm.

  • Client portals and request workflows
  • Internal visibility and reporting
  • Custom applications for defined processes

Scope before commitment

A stronger website now. A considered roadmap for what follows.

Start with the website and the type of client you want it to attract. If onboarding or internal administration also needs attention, we can map those needs into separate phases. Scope, investment, system dependencies and ongoing responsibilities are agreed for each stage.

Working worldwide

British studio. Working between the UK and Thailand.

Chris divides his time between the UK and Thailand. We welcome projects from businesses and organisations worldwide, with remote collaboration, agreed meeting times and a direct point of contact.

We agree the project scope, currency, hosting requirements and ongoing support before work begins. Tell us where your team and clients work so those decisions fit your business.

Before we start.

Can you help reposition an established accountancy website?

Yes. We can review the structure, service messaging, client specialisms and enquiry journey, then scope a refresh or a rebuild around the firm’s direction. Existing content and useful search landing pages are considered during planning.

Do you replace our accounting software?

The starting point is understanding what you already use. A website, CRM connection or focused custom application may be sufficient. Any proposed integration is assessed against vendor access, supported APIs and the actual workflow before it is included in the scope.

Can we start with the website and add a portal later?

Yes. We can deliver the website as the first phase and document possible next steps. Portal features, access controls and integrations are scoped separately when the need and investment are clear.

How is the project investment agreed?

We discuss the pages, content, design, integrations and internal processes involved, then propose a defined scope. Share an indicative amount and currency if you have one, or ask us to help establish a sensible starting scope.

Be Original.

Let’s talk about the firm you want to build.

Share your website, what needs to change and any systems involved. We’ll help shape a considered next step.
