Architectural website design concept from Consiliuma’s visual collection

Consiliuma / Law firms

A law firm website worthy of your reputation.

Give prospective clients a clear understanding of your expertise, then make the journey from first enquiry to an ongoing relationship easier to manage. We design distinctive websites and build the systems that can sit behind them.

Website design · Client intake · CRM · Portals · Custom applications

The first impression

A referral is the beginning. Your website carries the conversation.

Someone has heard your name. Before making contact, they want to know whether your firm handles their situation, who they would work with and what happens next. Your website should answer those questions with the same care you bring to a conversation.

From first impression to the work behind it

A website opens the door.
The experience continues.

01 / Website & positioning

Make your expertise clear.

Structure the website around your practice areas, the clients you want to work with and the questions they ask before choosing a firm. Bring partner profiles, relevant experience and a clear consultation route together in one considered experience.

  • Practice-area and sector pages
  • Partner profiles and approved credentials
  • Responsive design and search foundations

02 / Intake & CRM

Give each enquiry a useful next step.

A general inbox does not show who owns an enquiry or whether anyone has followed it up. A scoped intake workflow can gather appropriate initial context, assign responsibility and record the next action before the firm begins its own acceptance process.

  • Service-specific enquiry forms
  • Enquiry ownership and follow-up
  • Handover into existing systems

03 / Portals & custom applications

Build around how your firm works.

When there is a clear need beyond the website, we can scope client portals, document-request workflows and internal applications. We first establish what your current practice-management tools already do, then assess where an integration or a focused custom tool would help.

  • Client-facing portals
  • Workflow and status dashboards
  • Integrations assessed during discovery

Scope before commitment

Start with the website. Make the next investment deliberate.

A website redesign can be a complete project in its own right. Discovery can also map the route into intake, CRM and a client portal, with later phases commissioned separately. You get a clear starting scope, dependencies and ownership decisions before committing to a larger system.

Working worldwide

British studio. Working between the UK and Thailand.

Chris divides his time between the UK and Thailand. We welcome projects from businesses and organisations worldwide, with remote collaboration, agreed meeting times and a direct point of contact.

We agree the project scope, currency, hosting requirements and ongoing support before work begins. Tell us where your team and clients work so those decisions fit your business.

Before we start.

Can we commission only a law firm website?

Yes. Website design and development can be a standalone engagement. We can identify future integration points without asking you to commission a CRM or portal at the same time.

Can you work with our practice-management software?

We assess the available APIs, permissions, vendor terms and data flows during discovery. The right scope may be an integration, a separate tool or a website-only project. Compatibility is confirmed before it is promised.

How are access and sensitive information handled?

We agree access roles, hosting, data handling, retention and support responsibilities as part of the project scope. Your firm defines its professional and jurisdiction-specific requirements; those requirements inform the design and acceptance criteria.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Your current website, intended audience and a short description of what needs to improve are enough. A list of existing systems is useful if integration is part of the discussion. Do not send client files or access credentials in the enquiry form.

Be Original.

Let’s talk about the firm you want to build.

Share your website, what needs to change and any systems involved. We’ll help shape a considered next step.
